May, 2019 – This month we’ll be releasing a significant feature upgrade for the process of Flagging claims and errors in ClaimAuditor. The concept of Flags has been a well-used feature for many years but the new changes provide users with a much greater level of customization and individual workflow support. With the new release, users will be able to create their own company-specific  criteria for building and communicating flagged issues to other users. This expands the capability for managing CAP (corrective actions), benefit and configuration issues and recovery-related events. Clients can create unique Flag types with desired data elements, trigger dates, status  and priority-settings as well as required data fields for responder completion. These new features will be worked in client UAT environments this month with full production release planned for June.
