August, 2018 – Datamethod has enhanced ClaimAuditor to permit more options for audit workflow and communications around audit errors.  These enhancements allow error responders to respond as individuals (e.g. claims processors) or as teams (e.g. provider contract configuration) which enables organizational alignment with client-specific teams or departments.  This enhancement facilitates the assignment of errors, error response, and streamlines error-specific communication.  Clients can customize their audit error response workflows to match their department and team workflows – and move those workflows from inboxes into a tool where they can be seen, logged, and managed.
